Fire Damper Strips are used primarily to maintain the fire-rating of the wall when a fire-damper has been installed. Fire Damper Strips are compressed between the fire damper and the opening in the wall that housed the fire-damper. They are made from highly robust ROCKWOOL® that remains dimensionally stable at extremely high temperatures. It is available in a range of sizes, please contact AIS for more information.
