Ideally suited for mid range temperature (<450 degrees C) for flat and curved surfaces (varies by bending radius) and a wide range of acoustic applications including vessels, tanks, silencers and partition walls. RockTech S400

Manufactured with world class leading edge technology to achieve delivered density of 100 kg/m3 (nominal) in accordance with ASTM C612-93. Ideally suited for high temperature (<650 degrees C) flat and curved surfaces (varies by bending radius), passive fire protection and a range of acoustic applications that require a heavier weight insulation including boilers, vessels, tanks, hot ducts and building passive fire resistance. Available in bare and faced options on request.       

RockTech S500

Manufactured with world class leading edge technology to achieve delivered density of 140 kg/m3 (nominal) in accordance with ASTM C612-93. This extremely durable product is ideally suited for high temperature (<650 degrees C) flat and curved surfaces (varies by bending radius), passive fire protection and demanding acoustic, vibration resistant and compression resistant applications that require a heavy weight insulation including boilers, vessels, hot ducts, kilns and floors.

RockTech S620

Manufactured with word class leading edge technology to achieve delivered density of 160 kg/m3 (nominal) in accordance with ASTM C612-93. Ideally suited for high temperature applications up to 750deg C and for general acoustic applications where a high level of compression resistance and durability is required.

RockTech S650

Manufactured with world class leading edge technology to achieve delivered density of 200 kg/m3 (nominal) in accordance with ASTM C612-93. This is an extremely durable and compression resistant product that can be used in the most demanding applications.

 

RockTech WM159

Manufactured with world class leading edge technology to achieve delivered density of 140 kg/m3 (nominal) in accordance with ASTM C612-93. Ideally suited for more demanding applications of high temperature (<750 degrees C) curved surfaces, vibration resistant, piping and acoustic uses that require a heavy weight insulation.

Available in galvanised mesh and stainless steel 304 mesh and stitching wire.

RockTech WM160

Manufactured with world class leading edge technology to achieve delivered density of 80 kg/m3 (nominal) in accordance with ASTM C612-93. Suited for high temperature (<750 degrees C) curved surfaces including vessels, and is the preferred flexible insulation for larger diameter piping requiring a lighter weight product.

Available in galvanized mesh and stainless steel 304 mesh and stitching wire.
